Any user found engaging in such conduct will be subject to immediate and permanent account suspension. All user-generated content reported content is reviewed within 24 hours.
Verified violations result in prompt removal of the offending content and permanent removal of the responsible account to ensure a safe and respectful community environment.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer or device, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.

You retain ownership of any content you post to Anonymate. However, by posting content, you grant Anonymate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content in connection with providing the service.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Anonymate and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
The Service may include a virtual currency ('Krystal'). Krystal may be purchased or earned. Krystal has no monetary value and cannot be redeemed for cash, transferable, or refundable. We reserve the right to modify, manage, control, or eliminate Krystal at our sole discretion.
The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. Anonymate makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, materials, or products included on this website. You expressly agree that your use of this website is at your sole risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Anonymate, its principals, officers, directors, representatives, employees, contractors, licensors, licensees, suppliers and agents, from and against any claims, losses, damages, obligations, costs, actions or demands.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
